About Demeter
(“Demeter”) is a Cayman Islands incorporated Special Purpose Vehicle, wholly owned by EIO Holdings Group. Demeter is the trading, treasury and debt issuance arm of EIO Group. Its core purpose is, through the issuance of debt and the deployment in capital in our algorithmic strategies, to assist institutions and qualified investors (U&HNWI) in achieving specific financial objectives.
Demeter funds its trading strategies through its Promissory Note Programme, a debt obligation issued by Demeter Investment Holdings to the co-investor.
Interest payments are generated from profits and can be distributed quarterly, or left to compound.
